Abstract This research takes Aircraft Manufacturing Engineering major as the subject to build a resource-sharing teaching system featuring tripartite collaboration among vocational colleges, undergraduate universities and enterprises. By implementing the three-stage joint training model of "2+1+1", cross-major credit recognition mechanism, equipment sharing model and multi-dimensional evaluation system, it effectively resolves the problems of in the traditional training model such as insufficient practical resources, disconnection between course content and job requirements, and inconsistency between evaluation criteria and industrial norms, achieving sharing and optimization of aviation training equipment, teaching teams and course resources and other elements.
