In the context of "Double First-Class" discipline construction, establishing a scientific and effective quality assurance system for talent cultivation is crucial for enhancing the quality of innovative talent training in universities. Relying on the "Double First-Class" initiative, the Materials Chemistry discipline at Changchun University of Science and Technology aims to improve the quality of talent cultivation. It closely aligns with national strategies and regional development needs, systematically deepens the professional training system, curriculum development, teaching reform, experimental and practical teaching, and grassroots teaching organization construction. It innovatively constructs a multi-dimensional closed-loop quality assurance system that covers the entire chain from "target positioning to process implementation, evaluation feedback, and continuous improvement". This system, through multi-dimensional linkage and full-process closed-loop operation, effectively enhances the level of professional connotation construction and innovative talent cultivation capabilities, providing a new path and feasible solution for exploring innovative talent cultivation in the field of Materials Chemistry in the new era.

Journal of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. 2026, 43 (6): 5-8.
doi:10.16039/j.cnki.cn22-1249.2026.06.02
Optics is a core foundational course for Physics and related majors, playing a crucial role in fostering students' physical thinking and innovative literacy. Taking the teaching of light interference as an example, an innovative teaching framework integrating "ideological guidance, knowledge transfer, and competency development" (the "Trinity") has been constructed. The teaching process is reshaped through a three-stage approach: "independent study – in-class discussion – application extension". This new teaching model is conducive to enhancing students' ability to connect theory with practice, innovative thinking, and teamwork spirit, providing a feasible approach for cultivating high-quality Optics talents in the new era.

Journal of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. 2026, 43 (6): 14-18.
doi:10.16039/j.cnki.cn22-1249.2026.06.05
Taking the course Signals and Systems as the target, this study explores the in-depth integration of AI and teaching, and constructs a multi-dimensional, hierarchical, and progressive teaching reform framework driven by AI collaboration. Starting from content reconstruction(AI knowledge graph for visualizing dynamic concepts), model innovation(AI-based situational teaching to materialize classroom instruction), and evaluation systems, it solves the problems of the abstract theories and insufficient innovative capabilities through AI-enabled interdisciplinary task matching. A spiral progressive pathway of "basic theories - practical applications - interdisciplinary expansion" is designed, which provides theoretical support for the cultivation of electronic information talents in the context of emerging engineering education.

Research on the Training Paths and Strategies of "Synesthetic Talents" for Japanese Major in the "AI+" Era
Collect
QI Jinling
Journal of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. 2026, 43 (6): 19-22.
doi:10.16039/j.cnki.cn22-1249.2026.06.05
Focusing on Japanese majors, this paper explores their interdisciplinary competence cultivation pathways in the “AI+” era. It analyzes the influence of AI technology on the teaching modes, learning approaches and talent demands of Japanese majors, and constructs a competency cultivating model for “synesthetic talents” featuring “Japanese as the core, AI as the support, and professional fields as the application scenario”. Based on this model, it systematically establishes a cultivation pathway centered on “scenario empowerment” from four dimensions: curriculum system, teaching methods, faculty development and practical platforms, and puts forward feasible strategies with practical cases. The findings aim to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the transformation and innovation of Japanese majors under the background of the new liberal arts.

The Inspiration of Cai Yuanpei's View of Teachers' Ethics for the Construction of College Teachers' Ethics

Journal of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. 2026, 43 (6): 28-34.
doi:10.16039/j.cnki.cn22-1249.2026.06.07
CAI Yuanpei's thoughts on teachers' ethics offers great reference for the construction of college teachers' ethics. Cai Yuanpei's philosophy of teacher ethics, rooted in Confucian thought and enriched by Western humanistic ideals, is grounded in his holistic education concept of' fivefold cultivation(moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education). Its core tenets include: pursuing lofty ideals while embracing simplicity; pursuing knowledge with diligence; cultivating virtue through perseverance; maintaining self-discipline with kindness; and discerning right from wrong through self-reflection. This perspective offers crucial guidance for contemporary university ethics development: by inspiring teachers to embrace noble ideals, commit to lifelong learning, and refine their character, while simultaneously cultivate the students' good habits of diligence and frugality, work ethic, and aesthetic sensibility, we can ultimately fulfill the fundamental mission of moral education.

Journal of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology. 2026, 43 (6): 35-38.
doi:10.16039/j.cnki.cn22-1249.2026.07.08
In the era of digitalization, constructing an intelligent application ecosystem for digital textbooks in higher education institutions is of profound significance. Currently, the field is plagued by issues including uneven content quality, inadequate intelligent application, underdeveloped regional coordination mechanisms, and insufficient technical support and guarantees. Drawing on practical cases such as the Yangtze River Delta and the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle, this study proposes an ecosystem framework centered on four core elements: content development, technological integration, talent support, and platform construction. By implementing strategies like establishing regional coordination mechanisms and enhancing the integration of intelligent technologies, the framework aims to address redundant resource development and improve teaching effectiveness, thereby providing valuable insights and references for relevant practices.
