Abstract: The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) posits that Chinese excellent traditional culture and the values of scientific socialism are highly congruent, which serves as a pivotal theoretical premise for the "Second Integration." The underlying logic of their congruence can be expounded from three dimensions. Intrinsic Mechanism Logic: Both are unified under the framework of materialist dialectical ontology, the axiology of human emancipation, and the praxeology of the unity of knowledge and action. Historical Evolution Logic: It has undergone three phases: cultural root-seeking amid modern national salvation efforts, indigenous transformation during the revolutionary and construction eras, and the stage of heightened consciousness of cultural integration in the new era. Cultural Interconnectivity Logic: Deep mutual learning has been achieved across four domains: cosmology, world outlook, social outlook, and moral outlook. This congruence not only furnishes cultural and psychological identity for the advancement of scientific socialism in China but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the creation of a new form of human civilization.
