Establishing and Practicing a Quality Assurance System for Innovative Talent Development in the Context of First-Class Major Construction: A Case Study of Materials Chemistry

Abstract: In the context of "Double First-Class" discipline construction, establishing a scientific and effective quality assurance system for talent cultivation is crucial for enhancing the quality of innovative talent training in universities. Relying on the "Double First-Class" initiative, the Materials Chemistry discipline at Changchun University of Science and Technology aims to improve the quality of talent cultivation. It closely aligns with national strategies and regional development needs, systematically deepens the professional training system, curriculum development, teaching reform, experimental and practical teaching, and grassroots teaching organization construction. It innovatively constructs a multi-dimensional closed-loop quality assurance system that covers the entire chain from "target positioning to process implementation, evaluation feedback, and continuous improvement". This system, through multi-dimensional linkage and full-process closed-loop operation, effectively enhances the level of professional connotation construction and innovative talent cultivation capabilities, providing a new path and feasible solution for exploring innovative talent cultivation in the field of Materials Chemistry in the new era.
