Abstract: As a rule of law discourse system constructed independently by China, "Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law" is essentially characterized by adherence to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), a people-centred value stance, a development-oriented approach based on social justice, and a theoretical character based on seeking truth from facts in the national context. In the path of practice, it adheres to the organic unity of the leadership of the Party, the rule of law and the rule of the Party in accordance with regulations, inherits and innovates the excellent traditional Chinese legal culture, integrates the rule of law at home with the rule of law in foreign countries, builds a high-quality rule of law team, and provides rule of law safeguards for the modernization of national governance, thus demonstrating a new form of rule of law civilization of mankind.
