Abstract: In order to promote the effective service of talents as the "first resource" in universities to the local economy and society and help enterprises achieve high-quality development, we organized the "Hundred Doctors and Experts into Hundred Enterprises" activities with Party building as the guidance and universities as the main body, focusing on technological innovation and bottleneck-tackling. Closely aligned with the strategy of high-quality development in Jilin Province, this initiative focuses on helping the construction of a "464" industrial pattern, the cultivation of new productive forces and other major strategic arrangements, and explores paths for further stimulating the vitality of innovation of scientific and technological talents in universities, helping enterprises alleviate difficulties and facilitating their innovation and development.
