The purpose of translating scientific and technological texts is to comprehend, translate, and convey the original information accurately and faithfully. Scientific and technical texts often contain lengthy and passive voice sentences. They emphasize process descriptions, maintain a close contextual focus, utilize conjunctions, and employ professional, logical, and objective vocabulary. In consideration of the characteristics of scientific and technical texts, this paper utilizes the functional equivalence theory to analyze various methods in translating scientific and technical texts. It also discusses translation strategies for scientific and technical English to enhance translation quality, ensuring scientific accuracy, professionalism, and standardization.

In the context of educational informatization, and taking Higher Mathematics course as example, this paper probes into the practice of the blended teaching mode. Based on the concept of outcome-based education, this study focuses on the practical problems in the teaching procedure of this course. It proposed an innovative approach of "one guidance, three integration, four enchantments", which explores teaching reforms in four aspects: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching modes, and teaching evaluation system. Teaching effectiveness is testified through a combination of online and offline methods such as classroom performance, platform data, questionnaire surveys, and dynamic feedback. The results show that students' learning states have improved, their ability to apply knowledge and engage in autonomous learning has been enhanced, and the achievement of teaching objectives has improved.

With the rapid development of digital technology, the education sector is witnessing a wave of digital transformation. Cultivating teachers with good digital literacy has become an urgent task in education reform. TOE (Technology Organization Environment) is used to explore the influencing factors of digital literacy of university teachers, and strategies for improving teachers' digital literacy are proposed for the three core perspectives of technology, organization and environment respectively. This paper provides theoretical support and practical insights for the enhancement of college teachers' digital literacy, and lays the foundation for the construction of a comprehensive promotion system.

This paper aims to explore the application effects and limitations of domestic generative AI tools,
including “ERNlE Bot” (Baidu),“KIMI,” “DouBao,” and “MiTa AI Search,” in the Japanese teaching of
Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology Through methods such as questionnaires, classroom observations, analysis
of students' works, and teacher interviews, combined with practical teaching cases, this study conducts an in-
depth analysis of the role of these tools in assisting teachers' teaching and students learning processes. The
results show that domestic generative AI tools have significant advantages in expanding Japanese teaching
resources, providing personalized learning support, and improving teaching efficiency. However, there are also
certain limitations, such as the need to improve the accuracy of generated content, lack of in-depth cultural
understanding, and the need to enhance interactivity. By reasonably utilizing these tools and addressing their
limitations, we can further promote the development of college Japanese teaching.

Based on the work that won the first prize at the national level in the 8th China Undergraduate Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition, a new type of solar energy-powered new energy vehicle was designed. UG and CAD were used for modeling, and with the help of 3D printing, the structural processing and manufacturing were carried out. Solar panels were employed to efficiently convert solar energy into electrical energy. EDA software was utilized to design the circuit and generate the PCB circuit diagram, and then the circuit board was fabricated to drive the vehicle to move. In order to obtain a more precise motion trajectory, Matlab and UG software were used to optimize the design of the cam mechanism and conduct motion simulation on the vehicle's trajectory. Data and parameters where the running trajectory fitted the designed trajectory were obtained, thus successfully realizing the functions of the solar energy-powered new energy vehicle and achieving good results.

The campus navigation system studied in this paper is mainly an online navigation system for teachers, students and office staff. The system implements functions such as positioning, route query, route navigation, and live-view mode. The service scope covers the headquarters of Xinjiang University, and expands the guidance and local search for teachers and students that traditional navigation software lacks. The system is based on the design and implementation of Gaode Map. The campus navigation client system can obtain user location information, quickly search for the specific location and path of the teaching building or dormitory building, and mark the route on the map to provide convenient navigation services.

This paper is to analyze the connotation of network security literacy by conducting a questionnaire survey on the level of college students' network security literacy. It analyzes the data in detail from four sub-dimensions: network security awareness, network security knowledge, network security skills, network security law and ethics. According to the analysis results, it provides reference for the improvement of network security literacy level of college students.

Promoting patriotism education through education in rule of law, and promoting patriotism education through the form and function of legal education have prominent practical significance in the current complex international situation of China and in the context of the the deep-water area of reform entering a critical period. The urgent need for patriotic education in reality determines the inevitability of the simultaneous development of legal education and patriotism education. The theoretical connection between the two is a prerequisite for the generation of this concept, providing practical operability for promoting patriotism education based on legal education. As a socialist country under the people's democratic dictatorship, the law of socialist society must also promote the spirit of patriotism and require the governance of morality and law. Patriotic rule of law education is of great significance for promoting socialist core values and the "Four Confidences" regulating young people's behavior and thoughts, cultivating their safety awareness and patriotism. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a patriotic legal education strategy based on the logical path of "knowledge system-education system-learning platform" so as to promote and deepen patriotic legal education.

The promotion of Guangdong Xing Shi in English plays an important role in bringing the Xing Shi culture to the world, which can further enhance people’s sense of cultural pride and national identity. From the perspectives of text type and language elements mentioned in Katharina Reiss's Translation Criticism Theory, the author analyzes the subtitle translation of the documentary Shuoshan Daoshi (Cantonese Version): The Inheritance of Lion Dance Culture (excerpted to 2:56), and aims to deepen the target readers' understanding of the traditional Chinese culture through specific case studies. 

The integrated development of moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education is the fundamental principle for fostering well-rounded individuals and is an inherent requirement and inevitable trend in the development of moral and political education. This paper focuses on the key measures of promoting moral and political education through disciplinary resources, seeking intercommunication through shared platforms, and ensuring the effective connection of moral and political education content across different educational stages. It analyzes the system framework of integrated moral and political education in primary, secondary, and higher education from the perspectives of mechanism guarantee, curriculum and teaching, faculty team, and curriculum evaluation. Furthermore, it explores the system construction and practical path of integrated moral and political education, providing positive recommendations for coordinating the dynamic relationships in constructing moral and political education courses for students in different educational stages and harnessing the effectiveness of integrated education.
