Abstract Optics is a core foundational course for Physics and related majors, playing a crucial role in fostering students' physical thinking and innovative literacy. Taking the teaching of light interference as an example, an innovative teaching framework integrating "ideological guidance, knowledge transfer, and competency development" (the "Trinity") has been constructed. The teaching process is reshaped through a three-stage approach: "independent study – in-class discussion – application extension". This new teaching model is conducive to enhancing students' ability to connect theory with practice, innovative thinking, and teamwork spirit, providing a feasible approach for cultivating high-quality Optics talents in the new era.
