Abstract Based on Hu Gengshen's Three-dimensional Transformation Theory of Eco-translatology, this article explores strategies for achieving ecological balance in publicity texts translation through a case study of the English translation of The History of Jilinxi Railway Station. From the linguistic dimension, ecological balance is achieved through terminology standardization, adaptation of temporal expressions, and semantic explicitation. From the cultural dimension, cognitive gaps are bridged through dual annotation, transliteration with annotations and free translation. As for the communicative dimension, communicative intentions are fulfilled through adaptation of aesthetic concepts, pragmatic upgrading of verbs, and reinforcement of semantic prosody.
