Abstract: The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has triggered profound transformations in global labor markets. While enhancing efficiency and optimizing resource allocation, it has simultaneously given rise to new forms of labor alienation. Artificial intelligence not only perpetuates the alienation characteristics of the traditional industrial era but also introduces emerging issues such as algorithmic control, data exploitation, and monopolistic practices. These developments have diminished workers′ autonomy, eroded their sense of belonging, and exacerbated labor inequality through collusion between capital and technology. To address these challenges, it is imperative to establish a comprehensive management framework anchored by technological innovation, institutional safeguards, and humanistic considerations, ensuring that AI development places greater emphasis on meeting human needs.
