Abstract Confucianism is a cultural treasure of our Chinese nation, containing rich ethical and moral values, educational concepts and philosophical wisdom. Under the background of the teaching reform of ideological and political education in courses, this article first expounds the significance of integrating Confucianism into Information Resource Management course. Next, it proposes that Confucianism can be integrated into the teaching of the course from four dimensions: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching principles and teaching evaluation, so that college students can appreciate the brilliance of Chinese culture and be nourished by traditional Chinese wisdom and advance towards a new height in life.
