Abstract In response to the new requirements for talent cultivation and curriculum construction in the construction of new liberal arts, this study proposes the PBL-Seminar teaching mode and takes the teaching practice of "Competitive Intelligence Analysis" as an example to analyze its application in the reform of the Information Resources Management curriculum. Practice has shown that this model can significantly improve students' academic performance and ability quality, and effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of the teaching mode of courses under the background of new liberal arts.
