Abstract: This article explores the methods of digitizing personnel archives in universities from the perspective of digital humanities, and provides rational suggestions. The various management work in modern universities should be coordinated and developed. The digitalization of personnel files has received high attention from the university community. It can not only reduce the risks of file management, but also accelerate the efficiency of talent cultivation, and to some extent reduce the limitations of personnel work in universities. However, the difficulty of digitizing personnel files in universities is not low. Based on the requirements of digital humanities, the construction plan should be improved, and more digital technology should be invested to create a specialized digital platform and improve the quality of personnel file management.
